WAYFINDING & GENERAL SIGNAGE
ELEVATOR WRAPS

The Norwegian Joy is a ship with 15 decks and offers various amenities including multiple dining options, bars, a casino, go-karts, interactive gaming, pools, hot tubs, waterslides, and a spa.
I design the individual elevator wraps on decks 7,8 and 9 with the help of the Visual Communications Project Manager and the ship's operations team in advance. I supervise the install, giving guidance to local print vendors to ensure the placement is seamless.
WAYFINDING & GENERAL SIGNAGE

Wayfinding is a specialty of the department I work in, and it's essential task for EDSea. With limited WiFi and placements for signage, we direct the flow of foot traffic onboard by creating coroplast signs that fit within a-frames placed strategically on each deck. I cross-reference maps provided by the ship crew to verify we are relaying correct directional information. I also fulfill requests for posters, adhesive stickers and mirror frames to help bring Insomniac's art direction onto the ship.
Special projects require special attention! The Beyond Wonderland Throne is a yearly photo opportunity that is updated with new key artwork, adding a bit of whimsy to photo and videos posted online. The task here is to create enough bleed for a successful wrap, capturing major elements that represent the festival theme.
